How it works:
Using sleep phones or headphones connected via Bluetooth is recommended for best results. Create your customised tinnitus frequency through recalibration. Set the frequency as close as you can to your specific tinnitus and save the volume to just below your current tinnitus volume. You dont want to mask your tinnitus, just train your brain to ignore your tinnitus. This is then saved so you can train at any time, day or night.
Treatment/Sleep Mode
Listen to your treatment while you sleep. Your treatment is designed to be listened to in conjunction with sound therapy. Sound therapy is relaxing & has been shown to provide a deeper more restful sleep, so you become even more responsive to your tinnitus treatment. Once your sound therapy is finished it will seamlessly fade into your pre-set tinnitus treatment, so you sleep away tinnitus!
The treatment & sound therapy can be completed anytime, anywhere. We recommend that you listen for up to 2 hours a day/night for 5 days a week to maximise your results or as advised through the clinical trial.
Before starting treatment, you will need to answer 5 simple questions (FiveQ) about how your tinnitus affects your quality of life. This will give you an overall score out of 100, the higher the score the worse your tinnitus affects you. The FiveQ will need to be recorded so you can monitor your progress over time.
